I have 10 years of experience in the administration arena
and have worked
in various industries as an employee. Some of these include, film, media and advertising as well as insurance and healthcare. I have worked in the capacity of receptionist right through to office manager and personal assistant.
I have excellent computer skills and am well versed in a number of computer software packages and online services. I am experienced in and regularly make use of a number of programs frequently utilized by coaching professionals in the running of their businesses.

I am a South African by birth and married my American husband in 2006. I have lived and traveled all over the world including South Africa, Israel, the United Kingdom, The Netherlands and am now settled in the United States. I speak both English and Dutch proficiently, and am also able to understand Afrikaans, some German and Zulu and hope soon to add Spanish to my repertoire. I am a natural born linguist!
I have a voracious appetite for books and am a crossword junkie. I have a passion for the theatre and enjoy the occasional yoga class. My husband and I are ice hockey fans and support the Buffalo Sabres. We also enjoy nothing more than spending quality time with our cat Jack.
I specialize in working with coaches as I have found that we are generally a great fit. I am passionate about the work my clients do and I find working with coaches very rewarding.
